My Power Mall Ethics - please take note!

I agree whole heartedly - while these tactics might pay off in the short term, they will most always fail. The truth is, like anything worth doing, this too will take a little effort.

Here is Ginny's comments regarding an ethical issue:
Now, let me go ahead and delve into something not quite so pleasant. Just like with any family, there are going to be wonderful, ethical people; and there are going to be those who need help to be ethical. Let me share an email I sent a few minutes ago:

While surfing on Traffic Swarm, we saw the following ad and clicked on it:

YOU Get 2 FREE Websites with over 1,000 Stores earning You Lifetime residual Income 24/7.
I Make $300a Day (So Can YOU).

Could you Please see if Michael would be so kind as to share his secrets with the rest of us?
Michael, you know as well as I do that that is wrong and fraudulent advertising. You are setting people up for expectations by lying to them. Can people make $300 a day. Yes - in time - but it certainly takes time to build to that kind of income. Are YOU making that kind of income? No. is it reasonable to think that kind of income will be generated in the 3 months you've been with MPM, and with less than 50 people on your team. NO. I will not allow anyone to hurt My Power Mall by telling lies that will set people up for disillusionment. The MPM Contract states:
Member can be terminated immediately, including the cancellation of their MPM websites, at the sole discretion of MPM for false representation; spamming during marketing practices; abridgement of this Member agreement; Unethical behavior; or infringement of copyright, patent and trademark restrictions applicable to MPM. In the case of termination, any commissions due to that date will be paid in full. This act will only be taken when there is no other resort to handle differences and conflicts.
Michael, I need to hear from you immediately that you have cancelled all ads that state this untruth. If I do not hear from you, I will have no choice but to cancel your Mall. If I find you do it again in the future, there will be no warning - I will just cancel it. Michael, we are in business to help people, not hurt them. You will find there are many ethical and honest ways to promote your business. If you choose to pursue those, and you want to keep your Mall, I need to hear from you immediately.

I absolutely hate to send these kind of emails (thank goodness I rarely have to do it) but I most certainly will not allow people to hurt what so many of you are doing with truth, honesty and ethics. I count on all of you to keep me informed if this type of thing is going on. There is no way I can stay on top of 61,000+ members by myself, but if all of us work together we'll be able to assure My Power Mall operates with integrity. Thank you for helping make sure that happens!
